I have a collection of lecture notes that already exist as typed documents—mostly PDFs and Word files—but they need to be transformed into clean, consistently formatted text that I can drop straight into my online course platform.

Here’s what I need:
• Read through each typed file, fix any spelling or punctuation slip-ups, and normalise headings, sub-headings, bullet lists, equations, and citations so the material feels seamless.
• Preserve any lecturer comments, examples, and in-text references exactly as they appear.
• Deliver the final content in two versions: an editable Word document and a plain-text file ready for quick copy-paste into the course CMS.
• Keep the original document order and file names so I can track what came from where.

Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed, but a quick turnaround is still appreciated. Familiarity with academic terminology and basic LaTeX or equation editors will be a plus because a few notes contain formulas.

If this sounds like your kind of meticulous task, let’s get started—I’ll share a small sample first so we can confirm style and workflow before you move on to the full set.
