Transcribe Scans to Spreadsheet

I have a collection of scanned images that contain both text and numerical information. Your task is to transfer every detail from those scans into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet—Google Sheets or Excel, whichever you prefer.

Accuracy is critical: each figure, word, date, or code must match the source image exactly, and the layout in the sheet should make future sorting and filtering easy. I will share the scans in batches, and I’d like each batch returned fully checked for errors before the next one begins. A simple colour-coded flag on any unreadable characters is fine so I can verify them quickly.

Deliverable
• Completed spreadsheet mirroring all mixed data from the supplied images, ready for immediate use.

Acceptance criteria
• 99 %+ transcription accuracy (spot-checked).
• Consistent formatting—numbers as numbers, text as text.
• No missing rows or columns compared with the scans.

If you have experience with data entry from images, OCR cleanup, or similar projects, this should be straightforward. Speed is appreciated, but accuracy comes first. Let’s get these scans turned into reliable, searchable data.
