Transcribe PDFs Into Excel

I have a batch of scanned PDF documents that contain text-only content—names, addresses, short descriptions, nothing numerical—that must be re-typed into an Excel spreadsheet. Because the files are scans, the text can’t be copied or scraped; it needs careful, manual entry.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Open each PDF, read the text, and key it into the corresponding columns of a .xlsx file.
• Preserve original spelling, capitalization, and line breaks where relevant.
• Keep the pages in order so each PDF page lines up with the same row sequence in Excel.
• Double-check your work for accuracy before delivering.

Accuracy outweighs speed, but I still appreciate efficient turnaround. If you’re comfortable working with Excel (or Google Sheets) and have experience transcribing data from scanned sources, this should be straightforward.
