Transcribe Notes & Diagrams

I need my handwritten notes converted into a clean, well-structured Word document (.docx). Every line of text should be typed exactly as written, respecting existing headings, sub-headings, bullet lists and emphasis.

The notes also contain several diagram elements labelled in my material simply as “Writing.” At the moment these visuals appear in a “Wor” format. Please recreate each of them directly inside the Word file so they remain fully editable—SmartArt, shapes, or Word’s drawing canvas are all acceptable. If any element cannot be rebuilt natively, embed a crisp vector or high-resolution image instead and keep it aligned with the surrounding content.

Deliverable:
• One polished .docx file that mirrors the original layout, with all diagrams redrawn or embedded in place. Text accuracy and legible, editable diagrams will be the main acceptance criteria.
