Transcribe Handwritten Notes Precisely

I have a set of scanned handwritten pages that I need typed up into Microsoft Word. Accuracy is critical—I want the finished file to mirror the visual flow of the original notes, so please preserve headings, spacing, and any underlining or emphasis exactly as it appears. The handwriting is clear, but there are a few scribbles and arrows that indicate where text moves; replicate those placements rather than turning everything into standard body paragraphs.

You will receive high-resolution JPEGs as soon as we start. Return a single .docx file that keeps the page-by-page layout intact and is free of typos. Before delivery, give the document one final proof-read to ensure all words, abbreviations, and symbols match the source. If you spot something illegible, highlight it for my review instead of guessing.
