I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes transaction management to help me design a clear, reliable workflow from intake all the way through final reconciliation. The exact mix of transactions—whether property closings, customer payments, or internal transfers—will be defined together, but the end goal is the same: every movement of money or assets must be logged once, tracked continuously, and reported accurately.
What I need right away is your expertise translating broad requirements into a concrete process. That likely includes choosing (or refining) the right tool stack—anything from QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite to a custom SQL-based ledger—then configuring rules, alerts, and audit trails so nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll also guide me on permissions, version control for records, and a simple dashboard that lets non-technical users see status at a glance.
Deliverables will be:
• A documented workflow covering data entry, validation, approval, and reconciliation
• Configuration files or setup scripts for the chosen platform
• A concise user guide that lets my team pick up the process without hand-holding
• Final hand-off call where you walk me through the system and answer open questions
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me how you’ve solved similar challenges, which tools you’d lean toward, and the timeline you’d propose. I’m ready to get started as soon as we agree on an approach.
