Looking for an experienced architectural draftsperson or CAD specialist to produce a clean, publication-ready, mathematically scaled set of 2D floor plans for a commercial training facility.
We require clean, clear architectural layout drawings focusing on spatial planning, circulation clearances, walls, doors, and furniture layouts. All room dimensions, layouts, and furniture counts are defined below.
The project consists of **4 distinct drawing sheets**:

#### Sheet 1: Master Site / Overall Tenancy Plan
* Complete floor plate showing the layout and adjacency of all three operational zones:
* **Reception & Admissions Area:** Connected via exterior main entrance.
* **Waiting / Candidate Lounge:** Direct transition corridor from Reception.
* **Main Training Room:** Accessible via inward-swinging door from the waiting/circulation concourse.
* Continuous accessible travel path with minimum 1,000 mm – 1,200 mm main corridor clearances.
* Ceiling heights: Training Room at 3.2 m; Reception & Waiting Areas at 2.7 m.
#### Sheet 2: Main Training Room Layout (15 Stations)
* **Room Boundaries:** Pure rectangle — **6,450 mm** (North & South walls) × **6,794 mm** (East & West walls). Ceiling height: 3.2 m.
* **Entry Door:** Inward-swinging door on the **East Wall**, positioned at the top corner adjacent to the North Wall (must clearly show door swing arc and open entry corridor).
* **Station Capacity:** Exactly **15 training stations** (numbered `ST-01` through `ST-15`).
* **Station Footprint:** 1,200 mm wide × 600 mm deep desks.
* **Orientation:** Arranged along perimeter walls (1,200 mm edge flat against the wall) so trainees face outward toward the walls, keeping the center of the room open.
* **Partition Panels:** 80 mm thick privacy panels between stations extending out perpendicular to the wall.
* **Circulation:** Strict **minimum passage width of 900 mm** to access every station, with zero bottlenecks.
* **Seating:** 1 ergonomic task chair per station (15 total) on the interior side facing the wall.

* **Staff Work Zone:** 650 mm clear staff access aisle behind counter with **1 to 2 ergonomic staff task chairs**.
* **Visitor Waiting Chairs:** **7 waiting chairs** lined neatly along the West Wall.
* **ID / Photo Capture Zone:** Neutral background wall section located along the West Wall near the entrance.
* **Circulation:** Wide central queuing and circulation aisle connecting the main entrance through to the admissions desk and waiting area.
#### Sheet 4: Waiting / Candidate Lounge Area Plan
* **Room Boundaries:** **5,260 mm** (East Wall run) × **2,600 mm** (North & South Wall depth) with stepped West entry boundary. Ceiling height: 2.7 m.
* **Entry Door:** Inward-swinging entry door on the West Wall with a minimum 900 mm clear swing arc.
* **Furniture & Seating:**
* **Visitor Chairs:** Exactly **8 waiting chairs** (Chr 1 to Chr 8) arranged around the perimeter.
* **Center Table:** Circular coffee/reading table centered within the lounge.
* **Lockers:** Modular candidate locker bank (16 to 18-door secure locker unit, footprint ~900 mm × 400 mm) against the wall.
* **Comms / Utility:** Dedicated enclosed comms cabinet / storage alcove near the entry.
* **Circulation:** Generous open floor clearance ensuring smooth transit between lockers, seating, and the Training Room entrance.

* **Confidentiality:** **No company names, brand names, or vendor references** anywhere on the drawings. Use standard generic title blocks (e.g., *Project: Commercial Training Facility*, *Sheet 01 of 04*, etc.).
* **Format:** Scaled to fit standard printable sheets (A3 / A4).
### Required Deliverables
1. Source CAD files (**DWG** format).
2. Combined multi-page high-resolution **PDF** (ready for print).
3. Individual high-resolution vector/image exports (**PNG / SVG**) for each sheet.
