I have a vacant block in Western Australia and need a clear, hand-offable 2D concept sketch for a three-storey family home.
I have uploaded a sketch showing the level of detail I am after and a list of the rooms I want on each level. The block is a regular shaped corner site with a 17m frontage that has river views and a 40m frontage to the second street. I would like to stay within a building envelope of 14m x 32m. The block has an upward slope of about 3 metres sloping from the 17m frontage to the rear. I would like the four car garage at the end of the block furthest away from the view.
Nothing too polished, PDF delivery is fine, although an AutoCAD file is a bonus if you work digitally. Please keep local Australian building practices in mind so the concept feels realistic to develop later.
Once I have the sketch set, I’ll review and give feedback for one round of tweaks before signing off. Let me know your ETA and any questions about the brief.
