Traditional Third Garage Design

I recently wrapped up construction on a home, and the owner has now asked for a third-car garage to be added on. I need a complete architectural design package that extends the existing structure seamlessly, keeping every visual cue consistent with the house’s traditional style and its vinyl-sided exterior.

You will receive the original as-built drawings and photos of the finished façade. From there, I’m expecting:

• Preliminary concept layouts that show roofline tie-ins, footprint, and driveway approach
• Final construction drawings (plan, elevations, sections, foundation and roof framing details) ready for permit submission

Please make sure local code requirements for setback, snow load, and wind resistance are covered; I’ll supply jurisdictional guidelines once we start. PDF formats are required at hand-off.

The foundation will be a simple slab on grade with 4' footings.
