Traditional Swiss Flyer Refresh

I need our local party’s campaign flyers updated in Adobe InDesign. You will receive last year’s .indd files, the full font set, the pre-approved text template and fresh, high-resolution photos of each candidate. Your job is to swap the photos, flow in the new copy and keep the overall traditional look intact.

The final artwork must remain 100 % faithful to the existing layout and colour palette, with careful attention to margins and bleed because these pieces go to several print houses. I’ll need the working InDesign files plus press-ready PDFs exported in the postcard formats we use (A6 and DL) as well as an A4 hand-out version.

Pictures and files can be sent immediately - if possible it would be great if we can enter our own text at a later stage in the pre formated font on the file. Or we can hire you for step two too.

Deliverables
• Updated InDesign files for every size
• Print-ready PDFs with crop marks and 3 mm bleed
• Linked image package so nothing is missing when we re-open the files

I‘ll supply everything via a shared drive the moment we start. If you’ve handled German Swiss print jobs before, that’s a bonus, but the brief itself is straightforward: precise, tidy replacement work on a traditional campaign layout.
