I’m starting from an empty lot and need a complete residential design package for a new-build home in a traditional style. From initial concept sketches through the final construction set, I want the full architectural workflow handled: site planning, code-compliant floor plans, elevations that capture classic proportions, and any structural details a contractor will require.

I will share a rough brief of room counts, preferred square footage, and local zoning information as soon as we begin. Your drawings should be delivered in both editable CAD (DWG or Revit) and ready-to-print PDF formats so my builder and local authorities can use them without extra conversion.

Key things I’ll review for approval:
• A clear, space-efficient layout that meets the brief.
• Exterior elevations that read undeniably “traditional” while respecting modern building codes.
• A coordinated set that includes floor plans, roof plan, elevations, basic sections, and a window/door schedule.
