Traditional Farmhouse Plan & Renders

My plot is under 1,000 sq ft, and I want to make every square foot count while keeping the warm, familiar feel of a traditional farmhouse. Here is what I need from you:

• A ground-floor layout drawn in AutoCAD, sized so I can print it neatly on A4 paper. I favour an open layout, so please minimise unnecessary internal walls while still allowing for basic zoning (living, kitchen-dining, bedroom, bath, utility).

• A fully modelled 3D front elevation that captures classic farmhouse details—pitched roof, simple columns or verandah, balanced window placement—finished with a realistic daylight render.

• Two photoreal interior perspectives: one of the living area and one of the bedroom. These should echo the exterior’s traditional character through materials, colours and light.

Please deliver the DWG file plus an exported PDF of the plan, high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders of the elevation and interiors, and any source files so I can make revisions later if needed.
