Traditional ADU Guest House Design

I’m ready to add a detached, traditional-style accessory dwelling unit to my property and need complete architectural design support. The structure will serve exclusively as a guest house, so the layout should balance comfort and privacy while staying visually consistent with a classic look rather than modern or rustic themes.

What I expect from you:
• Scaled conceptual drawings that show exterior elevations reflecting timeless lines, pitched roof profiles, and trim consistent with traditional architecture.
• A space-efficient interior plan that fits a bedroom, full bath, compact kitchenette, and comfortable living area.
• Guidance on optional touches—fireplace, exposed wooden beams, colonial-style windows—so I can decide which elements fit budget and code before we move to detailed plans.
• Construction-ready drawings, structural details, and any documents required for local permitting.

Please outline your workflow, the software you use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and a rough schedule from concept to permit set. If you have examples of previous guest houses or ADUs in a traditional style, include them with your proposal so I can gauge fit.
