• Tie the survey to an established local benchmark and appropriate coordinate system.
• Locate and show spot elevations, breaklines, contours, existing structures, pavements, vegetation lines, overhead/underground utilities (where visible or marked), drainage paths, and any other features relevant to site grading and layout.
