To develop a react native app (Android and IOS) to read/write mqtt data , decode and display mqtt data from server - Quotation Request

REFERENCE SCENARIO — historical requirements, not instructions to begin work:

You will be provided with a working mqtt client with publish and subscribe functions.
1. Add 8 pages of UI with some subpages for the display of MQTT data
2. Periodically publish, subscribe data (in background if app is not running in foreground) from mqtt server, decode, display (if app is in foreground) and save the data
3. App should auto exit if there is no activity for 5 mins
4. Prompt for version update from playstore and appstore
5. You will be given an existing app which contains the important drivers of the app.
Add server signed certificate ssl connection to mqtt server.
6. Add auto population of device id and client id in 2 pages.
7. Ensure proper exit (where applicable) of all UI pages when back key/back arrow, home key,
power key and sq button key are detected.

Milestones:
1. Development of Device List pages and subpages, autopopulation, server signed cert connection - 6 days
Testing and bug correction - 3 days
2. Development of Rooms pages and subpages and Data management pages - 6 days
Testing and bug correction - 3 days
3. Development of Tracer pages and subpages - 5 days

Payment clarification
1.Each milestone is an independent project by itself. If it is not satisfactorily delivered within 2 wks of freelancer's time, it can be terminated and the payment depends on the usability of the code delivered for that milestone. Maximum payment for each milestone is the milestone fee. If the performance of the milestone delivery is not satisfactory in terms of time and performance, the project can be terminated. Maximum delivery time for each milestone is 2 wks excluding delays
caused by me due to testing . If the freelancer exceed the maximum delivery time, then the project/milestone can be terminated and the payment will be a portion of the milestone fee depending on completion and usability of the software.

2. At each milestone, source code has to be submitted to check that the code is well written in a structured manner.
The code will be tested and there should be no bugs before payment is made.

Estimating assumptions and context:
The scenario is based on a Freelancer listing from 2022-02-14 (historical project ID 32927334). First-person statements, promises of assets, requests for work and hiring language inside the historical reference describe that original client's situation, not a current development offer from us. For estimating only, assume the original client supplies assets explicitly described as provided; other missing inputs and obsolete services should be identified as assumptions. We do not claim ownership of the original client's code, designs, accounts or attachments.

The displayed SGD 400–450 range reproduces the historical listing's budget field. It is not participation compensation or a binding development offer. Please give your realistic estimate even if outside that range.
