TK BattleRush Tournament App

The goal is to ship a lightweight yet fully functional Android application called TK BattleRush plus a simple web-based admin panel.

Player-side essentials
• Free Fire tournament hub showing Ongoing, Upcoming and Resulted events for the five formats I run: FF Survival, FF Full Map, Clash Squad, Lone Wolf and One Tap CS.
• Tournament detail screen with rules, prize pool and a Join button that books the slot instantly.
• Phone-number registration and login (OTP flow).
• Integrated coin wallet: players can add coins through bank transfer / UPI, earn bonus coins after matches and raise withdraw requests that come to the backend for approval.

Admin-side workflow (web)
A clean, password-protected panel where I can:
– Create, edit or cancel tournaments, attach banners, set entry fee, slot count and prize-breakup.
– Approve or reject player registrations, move teams between brackets and publish match results/BOOYAH screenshots.
– Credit or debit coins manually and mark withdrawal requests as paid.
– Push status updates that the app shows as in-app notifications.

Deliverables
1. Android player APK ready for upload to Play Console.
2. Responsive web admin panel (PHP/Laravel, Node, or any familiar stack).
3. MySQL/Firestore or similar database schema.
4. Complete, well-commented source code for both fronts.
5. A short demo video or test APK so I can verify the listed features before release.

Acceptance
The build is considered complete once I can:
• List a new tournament from the web panel and see it live in the app.
• Register with a phone number, pay coins via the manual bank/UPI flow and join that tournament.
• Post results in the panel and have them surface in the Resulted tab.
• Trigger a withdrawal and mark it paid.
