Tiktok reels

I need a bright, lively 2D cartoon that promotes my product to children. I already have a complete story and core characters mapped out; what I’m missing is the animation magic that will bring it all to life.

The finished piece should:
• stay true to the cartoon style—rounded shapes, expressive faces, bold colours
• run roughly one minute (I’ll confirm the exact timing with the storyboard)
• deliver in full-HD (1920×1080) MP4, with all project files included (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or After Effects files are fine)
• include simple SFX and background music that you either license or create; I can supply a voice-over track once the timing pass is locked

After I share the script and visual references, I’d like to see a rough animatic for pacing approval, followed by clean-up, colouring, and final polish. If you’ve handled promotional kids’ content before, links to comparable work will help me visualise your approach.
