I’m replacing costly Google Ads with a fully-engineered, automated email marketing system for https://www.thumbnailking.com. The goal is to reach new potential customers sourced through a lead-finding tool or other public business data, focusing on:
• Businesses that sell products or services online
• Marketing agencies and social media managers

Scope
I must be able to upload fresh contacts, build a campaign, hit Send, or schedule multi-step sequences that run hands-free—complete with AI-driven personalisation and follow-ups. Every send has to land in the inbox, not spam, so please design around proper SPF, DKIM, DMARC, dedicated IP warm-up, bounce handling, and reputation monitoring. Infrastructure can live on platforms such as Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Klaviyo, or a comparable stack—whatever best meets deliverability and cost goals—but I expect total transparency on monthly fees and any sending limits.

• Template library with dynamic fields and AI personalisation logic
• Conversion tracking tied to ThumbnailKing.com (UTM, webhook, or pixel)
