Three.js 3D Garage Website

I need a web-based 3D garage built entirely with Three.js. The site should open with an immersive scene that loads quickly, works smoothly on desktop and mobile, and lets visitors move around the space just as they would in a real garage. I will supply reference photos and any branding assets you might need; the rest of the modelling, texturing, lighting, and coding is up to you.
I’m expecting clean, modular JavaScript (no large frameworks other than Three.js and the light helper libraries you prefer), organised assets, and clear comments so my internal team can maintain the code afterward. Please include baked lighting or real-time techniques that keep frame rates high, a simple UI overlay for navigation, and fallback handling for devices that can’t run WebGL.
When you respond, link me to at least one live Three.js project you’ve coded yourself and outline how long you’ll need for modelling, scene setup, and integration. I’m ready to get started as soon as we agree on scope and timeline.
