Project Overview:
We have a completed engineering design, schematics, and a preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM), along with a 3D STEP mechanical model for a portable electronic thermal device. We are looking for an expert PCB design engineer to prepare and deliver a complete Manufacturing Package ready for immediate submission to major PCB manufacturers (such as PCBWay / JLCPCB) without any errors.
Main Tasks & Deliverables:
Review the design and BOM, and propose the optimal PCB technical specifications (such as copper thickness, FR-4 TG thermal rating, and surface finish) based on the device's power and heating circuitry requirements.
Gerber Files: Standard RS-274X format for all layers.
Excellon Drill Files: Accurate drill and hole specifications.
Pick-and-Place / CPL File: Precise component coordinates (X, Y) and rotation angles for automated SMT assembly.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Refinement: Finalizing the BOM with commercially available and verified part numbers.
Mechanical & DFM Check: Ensure full 3D STEP mechanical enclosure compatibility and successful Design for Manufacturing (DFM) verification.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in generating manufacturer-ready PCB files fully compatible with platforms like PCBWay or JLCPCB.
Commitment to resolving and updating any DFM feedback or manufacturer inquiries for free upon submission.
