Thailand Email Support Assistant

I run a small-but-busy online business and my customer inbox is steadily filling up each day. I’m looking for someone located in Thailand to step in and keep our Gmail account organised, friendly, and fast.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day:

• Monitor the shared Gmail inbox during Thai business hours, aiming for a same-day reply to every message.
• Use my existing reply templates and brand tone when responding, adding a personal touch where it helps.
• Flag or forward anything that needs my direct attention and keep a simple log of escalated issues.
• At the end of each week, send me a short summary of common questions or recurring problems you notice so we can keep improving our FAQs.

Everything happens in Gmail—no additional help-desk software for now—so confidence navigating labels, filters, and canned responses is essential.
