When you finish, I expect a clean .xlsx file with no stray spaces, merged cells, or formatting surprises, ready for immediate use in our internal system. If you prefer to use basic Excel tools such as Find/Replace or Flash Fill to speed things up, that’s fine as long as the final result is error-free.
