Telugu 2D Cartoon YouTube Video Creation

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a complete 8-minute Telugu 2D cartoon story video for YouTube**.

I will provide the project budget. I do not have animation/editing skills, so I need the freelancer to handle the complete video from start to finish.

Requirements:

* Original Telugu cartoon story
* Around 8 minutes duration
* Simple 2D cartoon animation (high-end animation is NOT required)
* Characters, backgrounds and scenes
* Telugu narration and character voices/dialogues
* Background music
* Sound effects
* Complete video editing
* 1080p MP4 final video
* YouTube thumbnail

### Copyright & YouTube Requirements:

* The story/script should be original or created specifically for this project.
* Do NOT use copyrighted cartoon characters or copied YouTube videos.
* Do NOT use copyrighted music, voices, images or sound effects without commercial usage rights.
* All assets used in the video must be legally usable for my YouTube channel.
* I need commercial usage rights to upload and use the completed video on my YouTube channel.
* The content should be original and not simply reused/mass-produced content.

**Important:** I understand that YouTube makes the final decision regarding monetization. I am only asking for original content and proper commercial rights so that the video can be used on YouTube without intentional copyright/reused-content issues.

Budget:

My maximum budget is ₹1,500 for one complete 8-minute video**.

I am looking for a beginner freelancer, student, individual animator or small team who can work within this budget.

COPYRIGHT, COMMERCIAL RIGHTS & EXCLUSIVITY

This cartoon video is being commissioned exclusively for my YouTube channel and is intended to be an original work created specifically for this project.

1. ORIGINAL CONTENT

The Telugu story/script and 2D cartoon video must be original and created specifically for this project.

The freelancer must NOT copy, reproduce, substantially modify, trace, download, or reuse an existing story, script, cartoon video, YouTube video, Instagram video, character, artwork, animation or other copyrighted content belonging to another creator.

2. COPYRIGHT / IP OWNERSHIP

After I make the full agreed payment, I require the copyright/IP rights in the original work created specifically for this project to be assigned/transferred to me to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This includes, where created specifically for this project:

* Telugu story/script
* Characters
* Character artwork/designs
* Backgrounds
* 2D animation
* Scene artwork
* Voice recordings
* Narration
* Character dialogues
* Sound design
* Editing
* Graphics
* Thumbnail
* Other original creative materials included in the project

3. EXCLUSIVE COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

I require exclusive worldwide commercial usage and distribution rights for the completed cartoon video and the original project materials created specifically for this project.

I may publish, upload, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute and commercially use the video on YouTube and other platforms.

4. NO REUSE, RESALE OR REPUBLISHING

The freelancer must NOT, without my prior written permission:

* Upload the completed video to their own YouTube channel.
* Upload the completed video to another YouTube channel.
* Upload the completed video to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social-media platform.
* Sell or license the completed video to another person or client.
* Give or provide the same video to another client.
* Reuse the same completed video for another project.
* Republish or distribute the completed video on any website or other platform.

5. NO UPLOAD OF PARTS, CLIPS OR SCENES

The freelancer must also NOT publicly upload, publish, share, sell, license or distribute any part of the commissioned work without my prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Individual scenes
* Animation clips
* Character animation
* Character artwork created specifically for this project
* Background artwork created specifically for this project
* Dialogue clips
* Voice recordings
* Narration
* Screen recordings of scenes
* Short clips/reels/shorts
* Behind-the-scenes material containing the commissioned work
* Before/after samples
* Extracts or portions of the final video
* Compilations containing any part of the commissioned work

The freelancer must not use any part of this project as a public portfolio/sample without my prior written permission.

If I give written permission for a specific clip or portfolio use, that permission applies only to the specific use I approve.

6. NO REUSE FOR OTHER CLIENTS

The same story, script, finished video, characters, scenes or other original creative materials created specifically for my project must not knowingly be sold, licensed, provided or reused for another client’s project.

7. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Any music, sound effects, images, backgrounds, fonts, stock assets, voices or other third-party materials used in the video must either:

(a) be original and created by the freelancer/project team, or

(b) have a valid license that permits commercial use on YouTube and other platforms.

The freelancer must not use copyrighted music, images, videos, cartoon characters or other third-party content without the necessary rights.

If third-party assets are used, the freelancer must disclose them and provide the relevant license/source information if requested.

8. COMMERCIAL YOUTUBE USE

The video is being created for commercial use on my YouTube channel.

I must have the necessary rights to upload, use and commercially exploit the completed video and its included assets.

YouTube monetization is NOT guaranteed. YouTube makes its own monetization decision according to its policies.

9. ACTORS / VOICES / OTHER CONTRIBUTORS

If any other person contributes voice recordings, artwork, animation, music or other creative work to the project, the freelancer is responsible for ensuring that the necessary rights and permissions have been obtained for the Client’s intended commercial use.

The freelancer must not provide work created by another person unless the necessary rights have been cleared.

10. EXCLUSIVITY

This is an exclusive commissioned project for my YouTube channel.

The freelancer confirms that the same completed work will not be publicly published, sold, licensed, distributed, reused or provided to another client without my prior written permission.

11. FREELANCER PORTFOLIO

The freelancer may NOT publicly display the completed video or any part of the commissioned work in their portfolio, website, social-media account, YouTube channel or other public platform without my prior written permission.

12. FINAL FILES

The freelancer will provide the agreed final deliverables, including the final 1080p MP4 and any other files specifically included in the project scope.

13. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Before the project begins, the freelancer must confirm in writing through Freelancer that they agree to these copyright, IP ownership, commercial-use, exclusivity, no-reuse, no-resale and no-publication conditions.

If Freelancer provides an Intellectual Property Agreement for this project, the freelancer should also complete/sign/accept that agreement before production begins.

14. RIGHTS AFTER FULL PAYMENT

After full payment and completion of the agreed rights transfer, the freelancer must not commercially exploit, sell, license, upload, republish, distribute, reuse or publicly display the completed work or any part of the commissioned work without my prior written permission, except for any rights that cannot legally be transferred under applicable law.

15. NO MONETIZATION GUARANTEE

I understand that copyright ownership and commercial rights do not guarantee YouTube Partner Program approval or monetization. YouTube makes the final decision according to its applicable policies.
