Telemarketing Recruiter for Cleaning Jobs

I have a steady flow of leads—people who have already posted ads saying they are looking for cleaning work. Your job is to pick up the phone, send a quick text when helpful, and guide each prospect from “interested” to “approved cleaner” on our platform.

What you’ll actually do day-to-day
• Call every lead, confirm they are still looking for cleaning work, and walk them through our pay rates and how the platform operates.
• Text prospects when a follow-up or quick reminder makes more sense than another call.
• Collect their documents (ID, banking info, etc.) and keep a simple tracker of what’s missing.
• Follow up until every required document is in and their profile shows “approved.”
• Once a cleaning job is booked, ring approved cleaners to see who is free and lock in the assignment.

What I need from you
• Solid telemarketing experience—you know how to keep calls short, clear, and persuasive.
• Confident, friendly spoken English with proper grammar.
• Reliability: if you say you’ll follow up tomorrow, it happens tomorrow.
• Comfortable juggling both voice calls and SMS without letting any thread slip.

I’ll supply fresh leads daily along with a script outline, rate sheet, and a shared spreadsheet to track status. You keep that sheet updated in real time so we both see where every cleaner stands. Paid weekly on verified completions of profiles and job assignments.
