I need a straightforward tool (or two small companion tools) that lets me blast out messages on both Telegram and Discord with minimal fuss. The core requirement is true bulk messaging: I will import a list of user IDs, channel IDs, or server channels and the tool should push out everything in one go without rate-limit headaches.
What the messages look like
• Content types: plain text and files (docs, PDFs, images—basically anything the APIs allow).
• Re-use matters: I send the same notices repeatedly, so a simple template system is essential—something where I can save a few presets and plug in variables before each send.
Nice-to-have (not mandatory): If you can make scheduling or smart delay logic easy to toggle on/off, that’s a plus, but the main focus is bulk throughput.
Deliverables
1. Telegram sender that authenticates safely (Bot API, Telethon, or your preferred library) and pushes text + file attachments in bulk.
2. Discord sender doing the same via Discord API / discord.py, Node, or similar.
3. Basic interface (CLI or lightweight GUI) where I can:
– Load/import recipient lists
– Pick a saved template
– Attach files and hit Send
4. Short read-me or screen-share video so I can run it on my own machine.
I’m on Windows but happy to run Python, Node, or a compiled exe—choose whatever stack gets this done reliably. Looking forward to a tool that just works so I can focus on the content, not the clicking.
