Telegram Automated Messaging Bot

I need a Telegram bot that pushes promotional content to my audience automatically. Two triggers must be wired in: messages have to go out at specific, editable times I set, and the same content should be delivered on-demand when a user sends a command inside the chat. Both paths should work smoothly without tripping Telegram’s rate limits.

My main account, @eho001, will be used for all tests, so the bot must accept me as admin by default.

Deliverables
• Fully functional bot that
– sends scheduled promotional messages at the exact times I configure
– answers instantly with the latest promotion when a user types a chosen command (e.g., /promo)
• Simple configuration method (JSON, YAML, or in-bot commands) for editing schedule and message text
• Clear deployment steps—ideally a Dockerfile or one-shot setup script so I can drop it onto my VPS and run
• Brief README explaining how to add new promos, adjust times, and swap the bot token

Acceptance criteria: after hand-off, I will run the bot in a test group for 48 hours; if both scheduled and user-triggered messages fire correctly throughout, the job is done.

Feel free to code in Python (aiogram or python-telegram-bot), Node.js (Telegraf), or another language you prefer, as long as the final code is readable and commented. Let me know how you plan to tackle scheduling, command handling, and rate-limit safety, plus your estimated timeline.
