Seeking an experienced Oklahoma-licensed federal litigation attorney to review and potentially pursue a complex telecommunications and municipal-liability matter involving a federally enforced cable-franchise settlement, Cable Act renewal rights, federal preemption, municipal permitting, alleged unequal treatment, coerced removal of operating infrastructure, open-records issues, and substantial business damages. The matter involves the City of Blackwell and related conduct spanning several municipalities, with extensive supporting evidence including federal court orders, ordinances, meeting recordings and transcripts, emails, public records, technical records, photographs, tort-claim notices, and organized evidence books. Counsel should have experience in federal civil litigation, telecommunications or administrative law, §1983/constitutional claims, municipal liability and immunity, statutes of limitation, and enforcement of federal judgments or settlements. We need an immediate candid case assessment, limitations and jurisdiction analysis, identification of viable defendants and claims, and—if warranted—representation in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Please identify your Oklahoma and federal-court admissions, relevant experience, conflicts, availability, and proposed fee arrangement.
