Telecalling Lead Manager Android App

I need an Android application that lets my telecalling team work efficiently without relying on any external CRM. The core workflow should revolve around three essentials—every call automatically logged, every prospect stored as a lead, and every next step surfaced through clear follow-up reminders.

Admin side:
Login
Lead details save karna:
Name, Number, Details1, Details2, Details3, Location, Date/Year, Type (New / Old / Updated)
Edit / Delete / Modify
Leads ko exclusive tarike se different users ko assign karna (ek lead sirf ek user ko mil sakti hai)
Har lead ke saath dikhe ki woh kis user ko assign hui hai
User ka panel open karke uske stats dikhe:
Total Assigned | Interested | Not Interested | Not Received
User side:
Login ke baad sirf apne assigned leads dikhein
Har lead par:
Interested / Not Interested / Not Received buttons
Remark box + Save
Number ke paas Call button (click karte hi phone dialer open ho jaye)

• Brief hand-off walkthrough (video or live) so I can manage Admin functions confidently

Once I confirm the build works on two in-house devices, the project is done.
