Technical Sourcing Specialist Needed

I am looking for an experienced Technical Sourcing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.

The freelancer will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates based on the job descriptions and hiring requirements provided. The primary task is to identify relevant candidates, evaluate their resumes, and submit qualified profiles for further consideration.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other professional networks.
Screen resumes based on the required technical skills, qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
Identify and shortlist candidates who match the specified job requirements.
Submit relevant resumes along with candidate details and a brief screening summary.
Maintain an organized candidate database using Excel or Google Sheets.
Ensure the submitted profiles meet the agreed selection criteria.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in technical sourcing, technical recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Good understanding of technical job descriptions and IT roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong resume-screening and candidate-matching skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

For each shortlisted candidate, provide:

Resume in PDF or DOCX format.
Candidate's name, location, and relevant professional details.
Total work experience and relevant technical skills.
A brief assessment explaining why the candidate matches the job requirements.
An updated candidate tracker in Excel or Google Sheets.
