We need an experienced technical SEO specialist to independently diagnose a severe Google indexing decline on Poshace, an established e-commerce website with more than 30,000 products.
Website: https://in.poshace.com (legacy host: https://poshace.com). The store migrated to the active subdomain in September 2026, but historical search visibility started declining before the migration. Google Ads generates orders, while organic indexing remains severely impaired. We need a catalog-scale recovery strategy, not manual submission of a few URLs at a time.
Stack: Next.js/React with server-rendered product information, Cloudflare Workers and Supabase. This is NOT the old Magento implementation. Our developers can implement and test fixes.
We already have substantial incident evidence: dated Search Console exports, old/new URL pairs, sitemap inventories, Google live-rendering checks, catalog/lifecycle analysis and deployment history. Current product sitemaps contain roughly 29,600 products and the submitted child sitemaps are being processed. Some products are successfully fetched but remain excluded; others are not yet known to Google. Several technical repairs have shipped, but the systemic cause and recovery are not yet proven. Please independently challenge the existing findings rather than repeat a generic automated audit.
Initial fixed-scope work:
1. Reconcile Search Console exclusions and crawl evidence with the current eligible catalog, distinguishing legacy URLs, active canonicals, discovered-not-indexed and crawled-not-indexed.
2. Audit migration redirects/canonical selection, crawlable internal navigation and pagination, sitemap discovery, server-rendered content, duplicate product identities, temporary availability changes, and genuine crawler access where logs are available.
3. Investigate why Google excludes already-fetched products. Separate proven defects from hypotheses, quantify affected scope and retain contradictory evidence.
4. Prioritize shared fixes that can help large groups of eligible products. Preserve the current subdomain and product slugs. Any proposed production change must have validation and rollback steps.
Deliverables:
- Evidence-backed diagnosis with specific URLs, dates, reproduction steps and affected scope.
- Prioritized implementation-ready remediation plan covering code, catalog data and discovery as appropriate.
- Measurement plan separating discovery, recrawling, indexing and organic traffic/orders, with dated baseline and 7/14/28-day reviews.
- A short walkthrough for the owner and developer.
We want an initial findings checkpoint within three working days after the agreed evidence/access is available. Propose your realistic full-audit timeline and fixed fee. This is a diagnostic deadline, not a guarantee that Google will index the entire catalog within three days. Implementation and ongoing monitoring can be quoted separately after diagnosis.
Please include two relevant e-commerce indexing/migration recovery examples, what you personally did, how the outcome was measured, your first diagnostic steps, tools and access needed. Start with read-only evidence; any production edits need explicit approval. Detailed private evidence will be shared with the selected specialist through appropriate access.
We are not seeking guaranteed rankings, indexing guarantees, backlink packages or bulk AI content. AI-search visibility/citation readiness is a secondary interest: if relevant, quote it separately with measurable deliverables, without distracting from Google indexing recovery.
