Technical SEO and Content Creation Overhaul

My development agency’s site has slipped off Google’s radar—key pages refuse to index and “Developer Perth” is losing ground. I need a technical SEO specialist who can diagnose and fix the indexing problem, tidy up any crawl-blocking quirks in the sitemap or robots.txt, and make sure Search Console starts reporting those pages as live again. Once the technical work is stable, the broader goal is to push the site higher for our primary keyword.

At the same time, I’m expanding the site with fresh case studies. I’ll supply project notes, metrics, and client quotes; you’ll turn them into engaging write-ups (clear, persuasive text) supported by custom images or data-driven graphs that match our brand style.

To amplify the new material on social, I also need Instagram assets: polished static images plus a short motion-graphic video that teases each case study and drives traffic back to the site.

Deliverables
• Indexing fix confirmed in Search Console (no “Excluded” status for target pages)
• Brief technical report of changes applied
• Three complete case study pages: ~600 words each, two branded visuals/graphs apiece
• Five Instagram post images and one 15-second motion-graphic video, ready for upload

Once everything is live and the pages are being crawled properly, we’ll review search performance together to ensure the ranking trend is moving upward.
