Technical Sales Caller / Business Development Representative — US Market

We are a growing Shopify development agency working with talented developers and technical professionals from around the world. As we continue expanding internationally, our current focus is growing our presence in the US ecommerce and technology market.

We are looking for a skilled and confident Technical Sales Caller / Business Development Representative who can communicate professionally with US-based clients, agencies, recruiters, and companies.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential US clients and companies
Introduce our Shopify development and technical services
Communicate confidently with decision-makers, recruiters, and technical teams
Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities
Follow up with prospects by phone, email, or LinkedIn
Schedule meetings or technical discussions with our development team
Maintain clear records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups
Help us build long-term relationships with US clients
Requirements
Strong spoken English with excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking with US-based clients
Previous experience in cold calling, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment, or business development
Basic understanding of software development, ecommerce, Shopify, or IT services
Professional, confident, and persuasive communication style
Reliable and available during US business hours
Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects
Preferred Experience

Experience selling or representing any of the following is a strong advantage:

Shopify / Shopify Plus development
Ecommerce development
Web development
Software development services
IT outsourcing
Technical recruitment or staffing
SaaS or technology services
