Tech Risk Tracking Developer

I need a developer who can tighten up our project-tracking workflow by putting issue and risk management front and center. The current tools capture basic progress, yet they fall short when a technical challenge pops up; escalation paths blur, mitigation tasks lag, and reporting back to leadership becomes a spreadsheet scramble.

Your job is to design and implement a lightweight layer—whether that means custom scripts, a plug-in for Jira or Azure DevOps, or a small standalone dashboard—that automatically flags new technical issues, logs their risk profile, tracks ownership, and surfaces clear reports in real time. The end goal is simple: when a blocker appears, everyone instantly sees its impact, the mitigation plan, and the countdown to resolution.
