I’m ready to move my slim, modern-fit Western pearl snap shirt from concept to the factory line and I need a complete, production-ready tech pack to make that happen.

Core specifications
• Fit: Slim modern silhouette—clean through the torso and sleeves, but still roomy enough for everyday wear.
• Fabric: I’ll be using a nylon & spandex blend, so please note stretch allowances and stitch types that prevent puckering.
• Signature Western details that must appear exactly as noted:
– Pointed front and back yokes
– Pearl snap buttons throughout
– Two chest pockets with snap flaps

What I expect in the finished tech pack
1. Detailed flat sketches (front, back, side) in vector format.
2. Complete measurement chart with graded specs for sizes S–XL.
3. Construction notes covering seams, top-stitch widths, interfacings, and recommended thread, needle, and stitch counts suitable for the chosen fabric.
4. Bill of Materials listing snaps, labels, fusibles, and fabric yield.
5. Color and trim call-outs with Pantone references.
6. Artwork files packaged as AI or layered PDF, plus a master PDF ready to send to my manufacturer.

Acceptance criteria
• All points above are addressed; no missing pages.
• Measurements follow a logical grade rule and balance across the garment.
• Files are editable and organised in clearly named layers/folders.

Once approved, I’ll release the full production slot to the factory, so accuracy is critical. If you have questions about stretch factors or need samples of similar garments for reference, just ask—I can provide additional photos and measurements immediately.
