We're a small, fast-moving oil & gas land team (3 people, 2 clients, hundreds of active landowners), and we're scaling. We need a leader who runs the ship so the boss can close deals.

You'll:
• Hold a 3-person team accountable every day: targets, check-ins, follow-through
• Roll up your sleeves on the day-to-day work too: phone number searches, CRM updates, mailers, follow-ups. On a small team, everyone works, including the lead.
• Keep our CRM clean, current and complete
• Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter
• Spot what's slipping and fix it before anyone asks

You are:
• High energy, outgoing, fearless, and a natural leader
• Fluent, confident English (written and spoken)
• Organized, direct and comfortable supervising others
• Hungry to grow with a startup, not coast at a big company

Pay: $6/hr + bonuses paid on strict goals and milestones. Real growth as we add clients.
