Teacher Communication Skills Bootcamp

I’m building a fast-paced bootcamp for secondary school teachers whose top priority is improving classroom communication and student engagement. The heart of the program must be techniques that help them explain every lesson clearly and simply—breaking down concepts, using purposeful questioning, and weaving in real-world hooks that keep teenagers switched on.

What I need from you is a complete, ready-to-run training package: a concise curriculum map, engaging slide deck, facilitator guide, participant workbook, and quick-reference job aids teachers can use once they’re back in class. Interactive elements such as role-plays, micro-teaching rounds, and immediate peer feedback should be baked in so participants leave with skills they can apply the very next day.

If you have a background in instructional design, teacher coaching, or education leadership and can incorporate proven frameworks (Bloom, 5E, Rosenshine, or similar) without drowning teachers in theory, let’s talk.
