Tamil VA: Videos & Billing Support

I’m searching for a sharp virtual assistant who is equally comfortable switching between Tamil and English. Your main mission is to turn my outlines into short, engaging educational videos that focus on academic topics—particularly Tamil literature and motivation. I’ll provide the skeleton script or key points; you handle the rest: researching additional facts where needed, recording clear voice-overs, editing, adding simple on-screen text or slides, and delivering the finished MP4 ready for upload. Existing videos will act as a format reference.

Alongside the content work, I also need help keeping my small business paperwork tidy. That means preparing monthly bills and invoices, tracking payments in a basic spreadsheet or Tally file, and flagging anything that looks off so I can act on it quickly.

Deliverables I expect each week
• 2–3 polished educational videos (Tamil and/or English, 3-7 min each)
• Source files plus thumbnail for each video
• Updated billing sheet and PDF invoices sent to my clients

Acceptance criteria
• Video in line with theme using provided templates. Audio will be provided.
• Bills total correctly and follow the format I’ll share on day one.
• Fluency in Tamil is required. Timely completion is essential.
