I need an assertive Tamil-speaking cold caller who can turn first-time conversations with businesses into paying customers. The goal is pure sales conversion, not surveys or support.

You will receive a lead sheet, product brief, and call script guidelines. Your job is to refine the pitch to suit each prospect, handle objections in fluent Tamil, and secure either an immediate order or a firm commitment for our inside-sales team to close.

Core expectations
• Make a set number of outbound calls each day.
• Log every interaction in the provided CRM with accurate notes and next-step dates.
• Submit an end-of-day summary highlighting wins, hot leads, and challenges.

Success is measured by the percentage of contacted businesses that move to the next stage in our funnel or close on the call itself, let’s talk.
