TallyPrime Invoice Data Entry

Sales and purchase invoices reach me each day and must be posted into TallyPrime without delay. The job is pure data entry: capture every field from the source document—date, number, customer or supplier, item lines, GST/Tax codes, quantities, rates, and totals—then assign the correct ledgers so my expense tracking remains up-to-date. In addition to the invoices, record out-of-invoice expenses (utilities, petty cash, subscriptions, etc.) under the relevant cost heads so I can pull accurate expense reports straight from TallyPrime at month-end.

No bank reconciliation, payroll, or other bookkeeping modules are in scope for now; accuracy and timeliness on data entry are the only priorities.

Deliverables
• Updated TallyPrime company file or remote entry completed by the agreed cut-off time
• Weekly expense overview generated from TallyPrime’s built-in report, highlighting any coding questions
• Zero data-entry errors (all invoice totals must match source documents exactly)

If you already work quickly inside TallyPrime and know its GST and ledger structure, the process will feel routine. I’ll make all source documents available via shared folder along with a short chart-of-accounts guide so you can start immediately.
