Tally Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

The task is to transform a stack of bank statements and assorted PDF invoices, receipts and payment advices into a clean, fully reconciled Tally company file. Every entry—sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, adjustments—has to be captured accurately and classified in line with standard accounting principles so that the ledgers balance and the audit trail is crystal-clear.

Using Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime (whichever you prefer), you will:

• create or tidy up the chart of accounts
• post all vouchers and journals
• reconcile every bank account to the last cent
• attach narration and supporting document references to each entry

When the books agree with the statements, export a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow summary straight from Tally together with a brief reconciliation memo. Note every assumption you made and flag anything that still needs clarification so I can review quickly.

I expect confidentiality, methodical work and a turnaround that keeps the project moving. The final hand-off will be the .900 (or .tsf) company data folder plus your reconciliation notes and PDF summary reports.
