Talent Pipeline Expansion Specialist

I need support expanding our talent pipeline and guiding qualified people smoothly into our program. Your day will revolve around finding potential candidates online, opening genuine conversations, explaining what we offer in clear, friendly language, and staying on top of every follow-up until each prospect either joins or is ruled out. You’ll be the first human touchpoint, so strong interpersonal skills matter more than scripts. I tend to work primarily by Email, yet I’m happy if you sprinkle in LinkedIn or Facebook messaging when it helps move a conversation forward. Either way, consistency and respectful persuasion are the keys to success here.

Deliverables I’ll look for:
• A shared tracker updated daily with prospect details, status, and next actions
• Short, personalized outreach messages and follow-up templates you create or refine for continual use
• Weekly summary noting wins, bottlenecks, and ideas to improve response rates
