I have three separate Word files that need to look as though they came from the same template. Every visual detail must align: font family is Times New Roman, body text stays at 10 pt, and line spacing remains single throughout. Beyond that, I want margins, paragraph spacing, and all heading levels standardised so Heading 1, Heading 2, and subsequent levels carry identical weight and spacing across the documents.

Please apply matching bullet and numbered list styles, and make sure any tables or image captions follow the same format rules. When you are finished, I expect three polished .docx files that mirror one another perfectly; if you prefer, you can also include a reusable style or template file so future updates stay consistent.

I will review by comparing the files side-by-side: if a reader cannot tell them apart in terms of layout or style, the job is complete.
