Swedish-English Exhibition Stall Support

I need a fluent Swedish- and English-speaking freelancer to be my on-site partner during an upcoming engineering trade fair in Sweden. Your main mission is to make sure the stand looks perfect and that every visitor receives clear, friendly information about our solutions.

Scope of work
• Arrive ahead of opening each day, assemble and organise the booth materials I ship in (pop-up walls, product samples, brochures, screen).
• Throughout the show, greet visitors, explain our engineering products in simple terms, run basic demonstrations that I will brief you on, and collect feedback or business cards in a structured way.
• At closing, tidy the space, store valuables and note any replenishment needs so day-two starts smoothly.

Although no specific mechanical or electrical background is required, you should feel comfortable handling light technical explanations after a short training call with me. Your confidence in both languages is essential; most questions will come in Swedish, but key prospects may switch to English.

Deliverables
1. Booth fully set up before doors open on day one.
2. Daily visitor log with contact details and short notes on interest level.
3. End-of-event summary (one-page) describing common questions, demo issues, and suggestions for future shows.
