SW Maps Geospatial Reporting

I’m preparing an urban-planning study and need a hand turning raw field readings collected in SW Maps into materials that stakeholders can grasp at a glance.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: you’ll first help configure SW Maps to capture the geospatial features I’m surveying on-site, then extract those layers and attributes into a clean dataset. From there, I’d like two complementary deliverables:

• A presentation-ready map (or slide deck) that visually pinpoints findings, allowing me to walk decision-makers through locations, trends and any anomalies.
• A well-structured Excel workbook where every point, line or polygon is listed in clear tabular form, ready for further analysis or integration with other planning tools.

Accuracy and clarity are key. Geometry, attribute fields and coordinate systems should carry over intact; the spreadsheet must retain full metadata while staying readable for non-GIS colleagues. If you already work with QGIS, ArcGIS Pro or similar alongside SW Maps, even better—it will speed up the export-format conversion.

Send a brief note on your past SW Maps or comparable mobile-GIS experience and include a sample of a map or Excel table you’ve produced from field data. Once we agree on the structure, I’ll share the current project file so you can start cleaning, organising and packaging the results.
