About us
Super Organics is a portfolio of wellness and supplement brands based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, including Super Speciosa, a kratom brand. We work with a globally distributed team and affiliated manufacturing and fulfillment operations, with a focus on quality, transparency, and reliable execution.
About the role
We are hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to keep products in stock, manage purchasing and production commitments, and deliver measurable savings in packaging, inventory, and shipping. You will build practical planning tools and independently follow through with manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
You will also coordinate packaging artwork, product launches, and brand-side quality workflows. This role requires clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to turn sales and inventory data into timely decisions.
Inventory planning and purchasing
• Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts and replenishment plans using sales history, subscriptions, promotions, growth, and seasonality.
• Account for usable inventory, quality holds, raw-material specifications, open orders, testing time, production lead times, minimum orders, and safety stock.
• Identify stockout risks early, recommend actions, and balance availability against working capital and excess inventory.
• Create purchase orders and track quantities, delivery commitments, receipts, remaining balances, and invoice discrepancies.
Manufacturing and supplier accountability
• Serve as the brand's operational contact for affiliated manufacturing teams, external manufacturers, and packaging suppliers.
• Obtain clear commitments for production, quality release, pricing, quantities, and delivery dates; follow up and escalate risks promptly.
• Coordinate production priorities, new product launches, reformulations, and transitions with internal teams.
• Maintain a clear record of confirmed commitments, open issues, accountable owners, and next actions.
Packaging, sourcing, and cost savings
• Source and compare domestic and international packaging suppliers, including suppliers in Asia, based on total landed cost, quality, lead times, and minimum orders.
• Coordinate designers, printers, suppliers, and manufacturers to complete artwork and packaging on time.
• Maintain approved specifications, artwork versions, proofs, and production files; verify that each run uses the correct materials.
• Measure realized savings after freight, storage, inventory, and service tradeoffs.
Quality and compliance
• Own operational follow-through for brand-side quality and compliance, including documented product release, hold, and disposition decisions within approved procedures and decision authority.
• Apply familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP, including 21 CFR Part 111, to supplier documentation, product specifications, and outsourced manufacturing responsibilities.
• Coordinate testing and documentation review, label compliance reviews, and final artwork approval, involving qualified quality, regulatory, or legal expertise when needed.
• Maintain lot traceability, complaint records, and recall readiness; coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and customer-facing recall execution with the appropriate teams.
• Ensure manufacturers and warehouses act on the correct product status and escalate issues requiring specialist review.
Warehousing, shipping, and reporting
• Coordinate receiving, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and exceptions with warehouse and logistics teams, including affiliated operations and external providers.
• Reconcile purchase orders, shipment records, warehouse receipts, and invoices.
• Analyze parcel, freight, fulfillment, and packaging costs; evaluate carrier mix and service options without compromising delivery performance.
• Build useful spreadsheets, dashboards, and SOPs showing stock coverage, at-risk SKUs, purchasing needs, order status, and savings.
What success looks like
Supply risks are identified early, orders have reliable dates and clear owners, inventory records reconcile, packaging is ready for production, quality decisions are documented, and cost reductions are measurable. Leadership can see what needs attention without chasing routine updates.
Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, or production planning for physical consumer products.
Direct experience coordinating contract manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
Ability to build and maintain forecasts, replenishment plans, and operational reporting in Excel or Google Sheets using formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
Experience tracking purchase orders through production, receipt, and invoice reconciliation, with clear follow-through on discrepancies.
Familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP under 21 CFR Part 111 and a brand's responsibilities when manufacturing is outsourced, including documentation, label reviews, product holds, and recall readiness.
Sound judgment about quality decisions, documentation, escalation, and when qualified technical or regulatory expertise is needed.
Professional spoken and written English for working with U.S. suppliers and a globally distributed team.
Based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina and available Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, including U.S. daylight-saving changes, with some flexibility.
Comfortable learning inventory, ERP, warehouse, and accounting systems; organized, proactive, and accountable for results.
Supplement-industry experience is strongly preferred. Prior regulated-product experience is not required. Experience with U.S. consumer brands, direct-to-consumer operations, and international packaging sourcing is a plus.
Benefits
Fully remote work with a globally distributed team.
Paid time off and holidays.
Direct access to leadership and ownership of meaningful operational improvements.
Benefit eligibility, including health and dental coverage, depends on location and hiring arrangement and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Employment or engagement terms will also be confirmed during hiring.
