I have a collection of short scripts that follow an Asian family business—the Korean founders and their three adult children—and each script highlights a specific twist in their succession-planning journey. My goal is to educate viewers on the practical and emotional sides of wealth transfer while keeping the tone dramatic and relatable enough to spark conversation on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Here’s what I need from you: bring every script to life as a punchy, narrative-driven video (around one minute each, square or vertical format) that feels like we’re peeking behind closed doors: the siblings negotiating roles, C-suite doubts about the new CEO, the founder’s lingering influence, and all the tension that comes with it.

I will hand over:
• Finalised story scripts for each episode
• Key brand guidelines and any reference material you need

I’m counting on you for:
• Storyboard or visual treatment that captures the dramatic, emotional style
• Voice-over or actor direction if needed (no formal interviews—pure narrative storytelling)
• Editing, colour grade, captions, light motion graphics, and platform-optimised exports for IG feed, IG Reels, and LinkedIn

Acceptance criteria:
• Each video clearly delivers the script’s lesson on succession planning in under 90 seconds
• Visuals and pacing hold attention within the first three seconds
• Captions are 100 % accurate and burned in
• Final files arrive ready to post, with separate versions for 1:1 and 9:16
