Styled Word Text to Excel

I have a collection of MS Word documents that contain only text—no tables—that must be transferred into an Excel file. I need each passage migrated accurately and laid out so the original character styles (bold, italics, underline, font size, and any paragraph-level formatting) are preserved inside the spreadsheet cells. Headers, sub-headers, body copy, and emphasis marks should look the same in Excel as they do in Word; plain pasting won’t be enough.

Deliverable: a clean .xlsx file mirroring the Word content, one sheet per source document unless a more efficient structure makes sense and is discussed with me first. All styling must remain intact and legible.
