AlphaGov is engaging a Student Housing Market & Feasibility Analyst for current higher-education work. A State University of New York campus needs a housing market analysis and feasibility study.
We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.
What you'll do

Analyze student demand, enrollment trends, and off-campus market supply

- Run student surveys and focus groups

Build financial feasibility and delivery models (including P3)

Recommend unit mix, phasing, and pricing

Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements
Required

At least 5 years of professional experience in student housing or higher-education real estate market analysis

Financial feasibility modeling experience

Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have
- P3 student housing experience
- SUNY or public university experience
- Survey design skills
