Structural Plan for Permit

I need a structural plan for an existing building. This is to obtain a permit to finish converting it into a seasonal cabin for two people. This building is on a 6" deep granite gravel bed for skid support. Very solid. It is 24x32 in size, with 2x6 floor joists on 12" centers and 2x8 rafters on 16" centers. Per the local inspector, once I have this drawing, I can proceed with finishing the building. I can send any pictures if needed.

Requirements:
- Should include foundation details
- Must be accurate and meet local building codes

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Licensed architect or structural engineer
- Experience with residential cabin projects
- Knowledge of local permitting processes
