I have a complete set of structural drawings ready; what I still need is the official review and professional engineer (PE) stamp so they can be accepted with my building-permit application.
You’ll receive the current PDF and CAD files. After your review, please return:
• A digitally signed and sealed plan set in PDF
• A brief letter or cover sheet confirming code compliance and noting any assumptions or design criteria you verified
If you spot minor issues, let me know—small adjustments can be handled quickly on my side, or you can mark them up for clarity. The plans were created in AutoCAD, so familiarity with that (or Revit) makes coordination easier, but final deliverables only need to be in PDF with your official seal.
Timeline is flexible within reason, yet I’d like the stamped package ready to submit to the permit office within the next two weeks.
Let me know your license jurisdiction, expected turnaround, and any information you need from me to move forward.
